行政管理體系內(nèi)勤管理接待事務(wù)跨校區(qū)寫作資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)籌高等教育機構(gòu)跨國公司大型集團
一、崗位職責(zé)
1. 統(tǒng)籌學(xué)院行政運行與服務(wù)支持類工作,管理各類日常行政事務(wù),負責(zé)學(xué)院入職對接、各類接待、會議安排、活動協(xié)調(diào)及后勤保障;
2. 協(xié)調(diào)并不斷優(yōu)化與校本部(香港)的跨校區(qū)協(xié)作機制,確保學(xué)院行政后勤有力支持教學(xué)工作開展,包括兩地通勤班車需求管理、共享辦公室規(guī)劃和住宿管理等;
3. 擔(dān)任學(xué)院財務(wù)接口,處理各類財務(wù)流程,保證采購、報銷流程的合規(guī)與合理,并統(tǒng)籌管理學(xué)院各類資產(chǎn),包括固定資產(chǎn)和辦公用品采購、出入庫和臺賬管理;
4. 敏銳洞察教職工需求,關(guān)注外籍教師,主動優(yōu)化服務(wù)流程、制定標準,持續(xù)提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量和滿意度;
5.完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù),及其他臨時性事務(wù)與各類跨部門支持工作。
1. Oversee the administrative operations and service support functions of the college. Manage various daily administrative affairs, including onboarding coordination for new hires, all types of receptions, meeting arrangements, event coordination, and logistical support.
2. Coordinate and continuously optimize cross-campus collaboration mechanisms with the main campus (Hong Kong). Ensure administrative and logistical services effectively support academic activities, encompassing the management of inter-campus shuttle bus needs, shared-office space planning, and accommodation arrangements.
3. Serve as the college's finance liaison, handling various financial
procedures to ensure compliance and reasonableness in procurement and
reimbursement processes. Additionally, oversee the management of assets,
including fixed assets and office supplies, covering procurement, inventory
management (in/out), and ledger maintenance.
4. Address the needs of international faculty, continuously improving and
enhancing service quality. Develop work standards and procedures to increase
job satisfaction among faculty and staff.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, as well as various ad-hoc duties
and cross-departmental support work.

其他:
1.至少5年以上高等教育機構(gòu)、跨國公司或復(fù)雜組織的綜合行政、運營支持或管理經(jīng)驗,擁有為多元化團隊提供支持與服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
2.具備出色的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、組織協(xié)調(diào)和資源整合能力,能夠高效管理多線程、跨領(lǐng)域的行政事務(wù),確保學(xué)院日常運作順暢有序。
3.熟悉基本的財務(wù)流程、預(yù)算管理和采購規(guī)定,具備嚴謹?shù)暮弦?guī)意識,能夠確保財務(wù)操作的準確性與規(guī)范性。
4.優(yōu)秀的分析判斷和獨立解決問題能力,能夠妥善處理突發(fā)事件和臨時性任務(wù),抗壓性強。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。

Others:
1. Minimum 5 years of comprehensive administrative, operational support, or
management experience in higher education institutions, multinational
corporations, or complex organizations. Experience in supporting and serving
diverse teams is preferred.
2. Excellent capabilities in overall planning, organizational coordination, and
resource integration, with the ability to efficiently manage multi-threaded and
cross-domain administrative affairs to ensure smooth and orderly daily
operations of the school.
3. Familiarity with fundamental financial processes, budget management, and
procurement regulations, possessing a rigorous compliance awareness to ensure the accuracy and standardization of financial operations.
4. Strong analytical judgment and independent problem-solving skills, able to
properly handle unexpected events and ad-hoc tasks, with high resilience under
pressure.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
