職位名稱:高級(jí)人力資源經(jīng)理(兼職) 工作地點(diǎn):遠(yuǎn)程 匯報(bào)對象:CEO 工作時(shí)長:每周約15-20小時(shí) 核心使命:建立基礎(chǔ)的人力資源基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,改善團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力,并為快速發(fā)展的全球采購公司建立績效管理體系。 關(guān)鍵職責(zé): 1. 績效管理:設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施與清晰關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI)和職業(yè)發(fā)展掛鉤的年度/半年度績效評(píng)估流程; 2. 薪酬與激勵(lì):審查和重組薪酬和福利體系,確保合規(guī)性,并設(shè)計(jì)激勵(lì)計(jì)劃以提高生產(chǎn)力(特別是采購團(tuán)隊(duì)); 3. 團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力與文化:制定團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和文化融合(中國團(tuán)隊(duì)與國際管理層)的倡議,培養(yǎng)積極專注的工作環(huán)境; 4. 培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展:建立結(jié)構(gòu)化的入職培訓(xùn)和持續(xù)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,確保團(tuán)隊(duì)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作流程(SOP); 5. 人力資源指導(dǎo):為現(xiàn)有的內(nèi)部人力資源代表提供直接指導(dǎo)和專業(yè)發(fā)展輔導(dǎo)。 KPI:員工保留率;績效評(píng)估的及時(shí)性和質(zhì)量;新激勵(lì)結(jié)構(gòu)的成功實(shí)施。 任職要求:7年以上遞進(jìn)式人力資源經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備在中國管理或咨詢外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)(FOE)的經(jīng)驗(yàn);證明能夠從頭開始建立結(jié)構(gòu)化的人力資源系統(tǒng);深入了解當(dāng)?shù)刂袊鴦趧?dòng)法和國際人力資源最佳實(shí)踐;英語流利是強(qiáng)制要求。 Job Title: Senior HR Manager (Part-Time) Location: Remote Reporting To: Company Owner Commitment: Approx. 15-20 hours per week Core Mission: To build the foundational HR infrastructure, improve team cohesion, and establish performance management systems essential for a fast-paced global sourcing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management: Design and implement a structured annual/biannual performance review process linked to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and career growth; 2. Compensation & Incentives: Review and restructure the compensation and benefits package, ensuring compliance and designing incentive programs that drive productivity (especially for the sourcing team); 3. Team Cohesion & Culture: Develop initiatives for team building and cultural integration (China team vs. international management) to foster a positive and focused work environment; 4. Training & Development (L&D): Build structured onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure the team adopts standardized operating procedures (SOPs); 5. HR Mentorship: Provide direct guidance and professional development coaching to the current internal HR representative. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Employee retention rates; Timeliness and quality of performance reviews; Successful implementation of the new incentive structure. Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience managing or consulting for a foreign-owned enterprise (FOE) in China; Demonstrated success in building structured HR systems from the ground up; Strong understanding of local Chinese labor laws and international HR best practices; Fluent English is mandatory.
