Job Summary
- The purpose of the Senior HR Generalist/HRBP is to coordinate resourcing, employee relationship and HR supporting issues that can bring true value to support biz success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Resourcing
- To understand the business requirement on recruitment for further HC budget forecast and control
- Follow Valmet recruitment process to attract the right candidates.
- Prepare on boarding documents and coordinate with HR team to ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly.
- Work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness & efficiency.
HRBP and Employee Relationship
- Provides exceptional customer service for all HR inquiries and transactions with a timely and accurate resolution.
- Serve as a link between HRM, other HR team and employee by handling inquires, interpreting and helping resolving work-related problems.
- Provide consultation to all Valmet staff on HR policies and regulations, and HR procedures, etc, demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality, customer service, and professionalism.
- Updates HR Knowledgebase in both writing and speaking.
- Employee life cycle management (e.g onboarding or separation process, contract renew)
- Review attendance records: keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal and sick leave for employees Categorize and manage employees’ personal file, and keep records of materials filed
- Social Insurance and House funding management
- Business insurance management
- Travel insurance application
- Injury claim management
- Expatriate Management (better transfer part of some issues to dept assistant such as physical check accompany, payment reimbursement, renting apartment)
- Visa application for local people
- Contracts renew and probation evaluation process coordination.
- Employee individual file combing
Others
- Work closely with China HR team and biz for any HR projects if needed.
- Understands and strictly follows Company’s rules, regulations, policies, instructions and procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
- Live Valmet value and code of conduct. Strictly follow the compliance requirement
- Have awareness of ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system,
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements
- With a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, HR relevant industry background is preferred.
- High engagement
- Independent, good team player, communicator, fast learner, multi-task holder and result oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of organization.
- Proficiency with MS software and database management systems
- Ability to speak and write English is desirable.
