1. Develop and implement project testing strategies to ensure full coverage of business requirements, manage testing schedules, and identify and control testing risks. 2. Coordinate with external vendors to align on business requirements, and work with business analysts (BAs) and testers from user departments to confirm requirements and testing scope. 3. Communicate with internal IT teams and coordinate with upstream and downstream systems to resolve project-related issues. 4. Organize and drive the setup and implementation of automation and performance testing frameworks for the project. 5. Lead the testing team by assigning tasks, monitoring execution, training and mentoring test engineers, and continuously improving team capabilities.
任職資格
1. Over 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in test team management or project management roles. 2. Fluent in English, capable of using English as a working language for cross-cultural communication, with experience in cross-regional or international project collaboration. 3. Proficient in mainstream test management tools (e.g., JIRA), experienced with at least one automation testing tool, and hands-on experience in performance testing. 4. Educational background in computer science or related fields, with solid programming and software testing fundamentals. 5. Experience in Agile development projects, familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and team collaboration processes. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Solid knowledge of the insurance industry is a strong plus. 2. Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud platforms and services is preferred. 3. Experience in data testing or large-scale data migration testing is a plus. 4. Cantonese language skills (listening and speaking) are preferred.
