Main Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
- Welcome visitors, meeting room reservation and tea room management;
接待來賓,會議室預(yù)定及公共休息區(qū)域管理;
- Answer phone calls and handle incoming & outgoing post;
接聽電話,處理快遞和郵件往來;
- Maintain office supply inventories and ensure that office equipment is in operating order;
辦公用品及固定資產(chǎn)維護(hù)管理;
- Keep reception and office tidy including copy, printer and faxing machine;
保持辦公室設(shè)備整潔,正常運(yùn)行,包括復(fù)印、打印、及傳真機(jī);
- Travel management (Hotel and flight booking for staff);
行程管理(員工酒店和機(jī)票的預(yù)定);
- Common secretarial work to support communication teams;
行政文秘類工作協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通;
- Duty back up when Admin Assistant is absent;
當(dāng)行政助理缺席時的后備工作;
- Other work assigned by superior.
上級分配的其他任務(wù)。
Qualification 任職要求:
- Good command in English;
一定的英語應(yīng)用能力;
- Efficient, conscientious and strong responsibility sense;
有效率的,謹(jǐn)慎的態(tài)度及強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感;
- Good communication skill & good service sense。
良好的溝通能力及服務(wù)意識。
