ob Overview:
Candidate is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and ensure the quality of products and services. This role requires a keen understanding of market dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Identify and evaluate sourcing opportunities to drive cost savings and enhance supply chain efficiency.
? Supplier Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards for quality, delivery, and cost.
? Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, emerging suppliers, and market conditions.
? Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the company, including pricing, delivery, and service agreements.
? Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
? Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
? Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sourcing function and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
? Strong negotiation and communication skills.
? Ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
? Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or equivalent from a reputed institution. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Elevator, Automotive, Manufacturing industries
