Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for developing, implementing, validating, maintaining and supporting Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications to support business operations and algin with compliance and firm rules and policies
· Work closely with the local and regional HR team to ensure that all related processes are in place
· Provide users support for HRIS applications as well as a first level of system support
· Collect user requirements, and analyse, design and test programs to meet special and ongoing needs of HR information
· Define HR data standards; create and monitor data entry processes and procedures, and recommend automation opportunities
· Assist in reviewing/harmonising work processes with other departments where necessary
· Prepare systems for regular administrative processing and provide process analytics as needed
· Collaborate with local and regional IT Services team to resolve HRIS technical issues
· Act as the key person to provide routine regional HR reports and system reports as required
· Participate in the creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation including processes and procedures, user guides, training manuals and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts when required
· Provide support on various ad hoc projects or tasks.
Key Qualifications
· A degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Statistics
· At least 3 years in-depth experience in supporting various HRIS modules
· Proficiency with SAP/SuccessFactors or other HRIS and web-based tools preferred
· Excellent Microsoft Excel and Access is a must (i.e. Macro, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivots, and database etc.)
· Strong attention to details and accuracy
· Able to work in an environment with a mixed team of technical and functional personnel
· Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
· Demonstrated experienced/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information
· Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through in issues
· Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve variety of problems
· Experience working in a multi-national technology organization preferred
· A good team player with good communication skills in Chinese and English.
