    - In this dynamic role, you will kick-start your ABB career by joining a 12~24 months full time rotational program within Smart Power Division of ABB's Electrification Business (ELSP) and embark on an exciting journey that will shape your future as a global leader in ABB Smart Power Division.

    - Through the rotational program, by leading or being part of the team in challenging and influential business assignments on local and global level, you have unique opportunity to grow with high-visibility and gain broad-based knowledge, skills, insights and hands-on experience across diverse operational areas (Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Procurement, Logistic and Planning & Fulfillment) with global perspective.
    - Your responsibilities
    1. Engage in a 12~24-month job rotation program to lead or participate in high-visibility cross-functional projects spanning Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Procurement, Logistic and Planning & Fulfillment across multiple sits and cultures.
    2. Collaborate with international teams to implement best practices, drive efficiency, and enhance operational performance.
    3. Analyze manufacturing data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies for cost reduction, productivity gains and digital transformation.
    4. Engage with stakeholders from different cultural and professional backgrounds to align operational goals with business objectives.
    5. Support the development and execution of global operations initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications for the Role
1. Master’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Automation), Software/ AI/Digital. Education from top-tier overseas universities is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience to drive operational excellence in multinational manufacturing companies. Diverse functional experience in Operation areas is advantageous.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
4. Flexible geographical location and willing to work overseas
5. Good level in Learning agility, Problem solving, Resilience and Career ambitions
6. Strong analytical skills and system thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
7. Motivation to acquire new skills and knowledge
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse cultural settings.
