4、把控游戲開發(fā)進(jìn)程，調(diào)配開發(fā)資源，識(shí)別和控制項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，對(duì)項(xiàng)目周期和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量進(jìn)行把控。
任職要求：
1、3年以上AAA游戲系列主制作人經(jīng)驗(yàn)或5年以上AAA游戲系列主策劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、擁有交付高品質(zhì)AAA游戲產(chǎn)品的成功案例；
3、對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)市場、用戶、產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)擁有極高的商業(yè)敏感度和深度認(rèn)知；
4、具備優(yōu)秀的成本控制與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)判能力、溝通能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力，能夠激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)并推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目前進(jìn)。

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary AAA Game Producer to lead the development of a blockbuster title based on a film IP adaptation. As the driving force behind the project, you will be responsible for shaping the game's direction, building and managing a world-class team, and delivering a high-quality product that resonates with global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
1.Serve as the leader of the project team, setting the vision and ensuring alignment across all functions.
2.Oversee the planning and design of AAA game content, including gameplay systems, balancing, and frameworks, while continuously iterating and optimizing.
3.Build, manage, and inspire a development team; define clear roles, streamline workflows, and ensure efficient execution of project goals.
4.Monitor development progress, allocate resources effectively, identify and manage risks, and ensure the project meets quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications
1.3+ years of experience as a Lead Producer on AAA titles, or 5+ years as a Lead Designer on AAA games.
2.Proven success in delivering high-quality AAA products.
3.Strong commercial awareness with deep knowledge of markets, users, products, and technology.
4.Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills, with expertise in cost control and risk management.
5.Ability to motivate teams and drive projects forward with passion and clarity.
