Responsibilities: - Deliver annual in-year revenue and multi-year new sales revenue targets. - Build strong pipelines and ensure regular weekly updates on all opportunties. - Lead and develop major accounts to ensure successful onboarding. - Understand local and regional payment products, card schemes regulations. - Assist with large, strategic, multi-product and projects. - Identify new business segments to expand into. - Identify, develop, and manage partnerships. Requirements: - University Degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications. - Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience in credit card business and exposure to merchant acquiring business. - Strong sales and service orientation, with good communication, interpersonal and selling skills. - Proven track record in managing clients (e.g. eCommerce, enterprise sales) with expertise in sales discipline and project leadership. - Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin would be an additional advantage.
