Key Responsibilities: 1.End-to-End Product Management · Lead the full lifecycle of personal loan and credit card products, covering market research, demand analysis, product design, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and post-launch optimization. · Drive digital channel integration (e.g., online banking, mobile apps) to elevate customer experience. 2.Cross-Functional Collaboration · Partner with risk management, IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure competitive positioning and strict regulatory adherence. · Establish operational policies/procedures for efficiency and compliance. 3.Performance & Compliance Oversight · Monitor product KPIs through data analytics, refining strategies to achieve business objectives. · Ensure alignment with HKMA guidelines, internal policies, and global regulations. 4.Operational Excellence · Manage daily operations and execute ad hoc projects with agility. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. · Experience: 3+ years in banking/financial services, with hands-on experience in personal loan/credit card product management. · Proven expertise in credit risk models, market trends, and HKMA regulatory frameworks. · Skills: · Strategic Execution: Resourceful problem-solver adept at prioritizing tasks under constraints. · Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on high-quality deliverables. · Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy. · Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin essential).
