崗位職責: ? Producing the detailed planning of all the related activities applicable for the specific project based on the work scope and contract i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning. ? Reviewing with WBS and defining the logic, interfaces and inter-dependencies between the activities and respective project components. ? Producing Level 1, 2 and 3 schedules giving due consideration to contractual milestones/Key events, S - Curves (overall and by discipline) and Histograms. ? Monitoring the work progressed, logic changes (if any) and necessary updating of the work schedules as deemed appropriate. ? Consolidating the progress and progress measurement information provided by the different groups within the project and subsequently producing the composite progress report. ? Setting up a monitoring system to check the receipt of major engineering and material deliverables which may impact the schedule in conjunction with the Engineering Interface Coordinator, Procurement/Materials Coordinator ? Liaising with the respective Subcontractors' Planning Engineers and integrating their plans into the overall project plans. ? Ensuring that all activities and/or components in the project plan have been given required on site (ROS) dates, man-hour estimates for fabrication, pre-commissioning, and commissioning work. 崗位要求: ? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management; Master’s degree preferred for mega-projects (>$500M USD) ? Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. ? Fluency in English for technical reporting. ? Strong negotiation skills to resolve disputes with contractors over milestone delays or resource allocation. ? Knowledge of fabrication contractors/ entities and experience in working with them. ? 10+ years in construction planning, including 7+ years in offshore oil & gas (FPSO, FLNG, or rigs) with hands-on experience in modular fabrication and integration. ? Proven expertise in managing schedules for projects with >1M man-hours and multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical).
