? Initiate benchmark, analyze competitor products, initiate patent research.
? Use the design tools to ensure the components’ functionality, like the magnetic force,
responds time, structure reliability.
? Make the tolerance stack up, output the assembly and components drawings.
? Review design and development with internal / external partners.
? Assure the feasibility for assembly by alignment of the drawing requirements with
prototype/ production and together make the PVP to validate the key manufacture
parameters.
? Working with purchasing and quality department to develop qualified suppliers and
ensure the components with qualified performance.
? Take the responsibility of DVP, release the product’s function and durability performance.
? Be responsible for the creation and update of DFMEA.
? Support application, production, supplier to meet quality, cost and timeline targets.
? Check special release requests from production, suppliers and provide recommendations.
? Support quality in case of quality complaints.
