c. Post event: Tracking the implementation of identified solutions and hand over to process owners as event closed. Enhance the improvement stability and sustainability.
3.Assist in creating a cultural environment in which Safety is the top priority by providing a safe, healthy and well-maintained office and factory working environments.
4.Responsible for managing the timeliness and quality of the Rotork metrics including use/ application of Root Cause Countermeasure (RCCM) reported to the Division and Rotork Global Operations.
5.Conduct the Lean OPEX Assessment within RAS and develop and deploy a structured action plan to reach the targeted levels.
6.Develop organization-wide lean thinking and utilization of lean tools. Provides systems based experience and thinking which allow the operation to transform from a task based culture to a systems based culture
7. Experience of Automation projects, TPM Equipment management.
