1. Create annual IATF 16949 external/IATF 16949 internal/BIQS/process/product/CQI/LPA audit plan
2. Lead and coordinate the audit activities accroding to the plan
3. Follow up with audit leaders to close the audit findings on time
4. Summarize audit findings accroding to the area, continuous improvement the weak area from system points of view.
Skill
Bachelor or above majoring in Material, Science or Engineering.
Technical skills:
5. Knowledge with IATF 16949 and AIAG core tools : APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
6. Knowledge with VDA6.3, VDA6.5, VDA2
7. Certificated auditor for VDA6.3, IATF 16949 and CQI is preferred
8. Knowledge with GD&T, able to read drawing
9. Knowledge with metrology
7. Knowledge with GM/SGM requirements
8. Analytical thinking and problem solving skill (such as 8D, 5why, Ishikawa, DOE, six sigma etc)
General skills:
10. Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking
11. MS office (such as excel, word, powerpoint, etc), Minitab, SAP
