崗位職責(zé)：
1、結(jié)合公司整體戰(zhàn)略及負(fù)極材料行業(yè)趨勢(shì)，制定負(fù)極部門運(yùn)營(yíng)中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃及年度目標(biāo)，拆解產(chǎn)能、交付、質(zhì)量、成本等核心指標(biāo)，推動(dòng)落地執(zhí)行。
2、復(fù)盤目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況，優(yōu)化運(yùn)營(yíng)策略，向管理層匯報(bào)并提供決策支撐，洞察負(fù)極行業(yè)技術(shù)及運(yùn)營(yíng)趨勢(shì)，推動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式迭代創(chuàng)新。
3、統(tǒng)籌部門運(yùn)營(yíng)，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)能布局與生產(chǎn)流程，管控生產(chǎn)效率、成本及交付能力；聯(lián)動(dòng)供應(yīng)鏈，優(yōu)化原材料采購(gòu)與庫存管理，保障生產(chǎn)合規(guī)穩(wěn)定。
4、搭建專業(yè)化人才梯隊(duì)，完善激勵(lì)與考核機(jī)制，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力；統(tǒng)籌質(zhì)量、安全生產(chǎn)、環(huán)保合規(guī)管理，確保符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及公司制度。
任職要求
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，材料、化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；熟悉負(fù)極材料研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)工藝及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；英語能熟練溝通。
2、8年以上材料行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有新能源行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
3、具備極強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略思維與管理決策能力，精通材料核心技術(shù)與全鏈路運(yùn)營(yíng)；擅長(zhǎng)成本管控、具備優(yōu)秀的協(xié)同、談判及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。

Job Responsibilities
1. Align with the company’s overall strategy and the negative electrode materials industry trends, formulate medium-to-long-term operation plans and annual targets for the Negative Electrode Department, decompose core indicators including capacity, delivery performance, quality and cost, and drive their implementation.
2. Review the achievement of targets, optimize operational strategies, report to the management team and provide decision support; gain insights into the technological and operational trends of the negative electrode industry, and promote iterative innovation of operational models.
3. Take overall charge of department operations, optimize capacity layout and production processes, and control production efficiency, costs and delivery capabilities; collaborate with the supply chain to refine raw material procurement and inventory management, ensuring compliant and stable production.
4. Build a professional talent echelon, improve incentive and assessment mechanisms, and enhance team cohesion; oversee quality management, work safety and environmental compliance management to ensure full alignment with industry standards and corporate policies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in materials science, chemistry or related majors; proficient in the R&D, production processes and industry standards of negative electrode materials; fluent in English for professional communication.
2. More than 8 years of working experience in the materials industry, with over 5 years of operational management experience; prior experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
3. Possess strong strategic thinking and management decision-making capabilities, and have a thorough grasp of core material technologies and full-cycle operations; excel at cost control, and demonstrate outstanding collaboration, negotiation and leadership skills.
4. Be results-oriented with strong pressure resilience to adapt to the rapid development pace of the industry; uphold integrity and honesty, with a strong sense of innovation, forward-looking vision and responsibility; adhere to the compliance bottom line, and demonstrate excellent professional ethics and a holistic perspective.
