食品安全管理體系供應(yīng)商審核食品/飲料快速消費(fèi)品
崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)質(zhì)量和食品安全管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及公司運(yùn)營(yíng)要求,建立、維護(hù)并持續(xù)改善公司的質(zhì)量和食品安全管理體系,落實(shí)公司質(zhì)量和安全管理體系方針和目標(biāo)。
2、審定和完善質(zhì)量和食品安全管理制度、質(zhì)量文件、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量相關(guān)的外來文件(包括與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和食品安全相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)),并監(jiān)督檢查文件執(zhí)行情況。
3、主導(dǎo)公司食品安全體系和質(zhì)量體系基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)與宣導(dǎo),主導(dǎo)公司質(zhì)量文化的推進(jìn)工作。
4、建立質(zhì)量文件和記錄管理機(jī)制,確保公司相關(guān)部門及崗位使用現(xiàn)行有效的內(nèi)外部文件和記錄。
5、結(jié)合公司業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)和質(zhì)量工具運(yùn)用的要求,策劃公司質(zhì)量工具的應(yīng)用,并推動(dòng)質(zhì)量工具的實(shí)施和改進(jìn)工作。
6、主導(dǎo)公司內(nèi)外部體系審核、管理評(píng)審和過程審核工作,根據(jù)審核結(jié)果跟進(jìn)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,跟蹤改進(jìn)效果。
7、統(tǒng)籌建立公司各主體原料、輔料、包材等供應(yīng)商開發(fā)評(píng)鑒、日常管理工作推進(jìn)中管理評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)范與要求。
8、統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商審查,制定供應(yīng)商年度審核計(jì)劃并組織實(shí)施及考核。
9、完善顧客投訴管理制度,統(tǒng)籌公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量事故和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量相關(guān)的客戶投訴的調(diào)查處理工作(包括原因分析、責(zé)任追溯、改善措施等),統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并追蹤各客訴改善落實(shí)情況。
10、協(xié)同對(duì)外部食品安全應(yīng)急事件如產(chǎn)品召回、升級(jí)危機(jī)事件等處置,并作備案管控,推進(jìn)復(fù)盤和案例分析改進(jìn)。
任職要求:
1. 學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷,食品、化學(xué)、質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年及以上大型食品及飲料公司質(zhì)量體系管理、供應(yīng)商及客訴管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 英語聽說讀寫流利。
4. 個(gè)人技能:
- 了解生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)流程,熟悉質(zhì)量和食品安全相關(guān)法律、法規(guī),具備較強(qiáng)的食品安全體系運(yùn)行、完善和管控能力。
- 熟練掌握運(yùn)用各種質(zhì)量工具及方法。
- 具備良好的統(tǒng)籌及溝通協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)變能力,邏輯性及系統(tǒng)性強(qiáng),擅長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析及總結(jié)萃取。
- 樂觀積極,原則性強(qiáng),具備高敏感度和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性。
5. 其他:持對(duì)應(yīng)質(zhì)量相關(guān)資質(zhì)證書。
Responsibilities:
1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company's quality and food safety management system in accordance with quality and food safety management system standards and operational requirements, and implement the company's quality and safety management system policies and objectives.
2. Review and improve the quality and food safety management system, quality documents, and external documents related to product quality (including laws, regulations, and standards related to product quality and food safety), supervise and inspect the implementation of documents.
3. Lead the training and promotion of the company's food safety system and basic knowledge of quality system, and lead the promotion of the company's quality culture.
4. Establish a quality document and record management mechanism to ensure that relevant departments and positions in the company use current effective internal and external documents and records.
5. Based on the characteristics of the company's business and the requirements for the use of quality tools, plan the application of the company's quality tools and promote the implementation and improvement of quality tools.
6. Lead internal and external system audits, management reviews, and process audits of the company, follow up on action plans based on audit results, and track improvement effects.
7. Coordinate the establishment of management evaluation standards and requirements for the development and evaluation of suppliers for various main raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, etc. in the company, and promote daily management work.
8. Coordinate and be responsible for supplier review, develop annual supplier review plans, and organize implementation and assessment.
9. Improve the customer complaint management system, coordinate the investigation and handling of product quality accidents and customer complaints related to product quality in the company (including cause analysis, responsibility tracing, improvement measures, etc.), statistically analyze and track the implementation of improvement measures for each customer complaint.
10. Collaborate on the handling of external food safety emergencies such as product recalls, upgrade crisis events, etc., and implement record management and control measures to promote review and case analysis and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Undergraduate degree or above, majoring in food, chemistry, quality management, and other related fields.
2. Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality system management, supplier and customer complaint management in large food and beverage companies.
3.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Personal Skills:
- Understand the production and operation processes, be familiar with quality and food safety related laws and regulations, and have strong abilities in operating, improving, and controlling food safety systems.
- Proficient in using various quality tools and methods.
- Possess good abilities in overall planning, communication, coordination, and adaptability, strong logic and systematicity, skilled in data analysis and summary extraction.
- Optimistic and proactive, with strong principles, high sensitivity and rigor.
