Routine Job Responsibility:
1. 準(zhǔn)備以下分配項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)容：
Prepare the contents of the following assigned items:
1） 項(xiàng)目總計(jì)劃/關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)/詳細(xì)計(jì)劃Project master plan/key nodes/detailed plan
2） 進(jìn)度S曲線/項(xiàng)目人力預(yù)估/項(xiàng)目人力匯總Schedule S curve/project manpower estimate/project manpower summary
3） 重型起重的吊裝方案（了解廠區(qū)設(shè)備參數(shù)、分析吊裝過程中存在的錯(cuò)誤）Hoisting scheme for heavy lifting (understand plant equipment parameters and analyze errors in the hoisting process)
4） 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度報(bào)告（周報(bào)告，總裁報(bào)告，POC）
Project progress report (weekly report, President's Report, POC)
5） 設(shè)備的納期計(jì)劃
Schedule of equipment
2. 準(zhǔn)備以下草圖/圖紙/方案：
Prepare the following sketches/drawings/schemes:
1） 生產(chǎn)區(qū)域場地分配及未來一年內(nèi)生產(chǎn)場地使用情況
Site allocation of production area and the use of production site in the next year
2） 分段劃分圖及分段合攏順序示意圖
Section division diagram and section closing sequence diagram
3. 運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的技術(shù)和方法。
Apply project management techniques and methods.
4. 協(xié)助高級經(jīng)理和部門主管完成建造方案。
Assist senior managers and department heads to complete the construction program.
5. 與技術(shù)部門，采購部門及運(yùn)營部門溝通交流
Communicate with technical department, purchasing department and operation department
6. 參加項(xiàng)目相關(guān)會議（生產(chǎn)會議、總裁審核會議等）Attend project-related meetings (production meetings, CEO review meetings, etc.)
7. 分析說明項(xiàng)目延期原因。Analyze and explain the reasons for project delay.
8. 在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí)準(zhǔn)備并發(fā)出完工計(jì)劃。Prepare and issue a completion plan at the end of the project.
9. 整理/分析項(xiàng)目所用工時(shí)。Organize/analyze the time spent on the project.
10. 協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展部制定投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃。Assist the Business Development Department in making plans for bidding projects.
11. 審核工作流程，提高效率和生產(chǎn)率。Audit work processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
12. 管理并指導(dǎo)計(jì)劃人員，確保按照計(jì)劃完成任務(wù)。Manage and direct the planner to ensure that the tasks are completed according to the plan.
