一、崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)策劃學(xué)院的學(xué)生事務(wù)相關(guān)活動，如學(xué)術(shù)活動、就業(yè)升學(xué)、職業(yè)規(guī)劃及師友聯(lián)誼等；
2.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院宣傳與推廣類工作，開拓各類宣傳渠道，負(fù)責(zé)新媒體運營、撰稿及視頻剪輯等；
3.收集和分析各專業(yè)教授與學(xué)生需求，不斷提升學(xué)院各類活動滿意度；
4.協(xié)助校內(nèi)其他部門學(xué)術(shù)或科研相關(guān)推廣/宣傳活動，提供重要的行政支持；
5.完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù)，及其他臨時性事務(wù)與各類支持工作。
1.Plan and organize student affairs-related activities for the college, including academic events, career development and further education programs, career planning sessions, and alumni-faculty networking events.
2.Execute college promotion and publicity tasks, developing various communication channels, and managing tasks such as new media operations, content writing, and video editing.
3.Collect and analyze the needs of professors and students across various disciplines to continuously improve the satisfaction levels of college activities.
4.Assist other university departments in academic or research-related promotion/publicity campaigns, providing essential administrative support.
5.Complete tasks assigned by supervisors, along with other ad hoc duties and general support work.
二、任職要求
學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上
專業(yè)要求：不限
語言要求：良好的中英文書面及口頭表達(dá)能力
其他：
1.具備活動策劃、學(xué)術(shù)項目設(shè)計或?qū)W生活動組織相關(guān)經(jīng)驗；
2.熟悉各類社交媒體，擅長新媒體運營、撰稿及視頻剪輯；
3.具有良好的統(tǒng)籌策劃、跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)和組織能力，注重細(xì)節(jié)，能高效處理多任務(wù)；
4.性格開朗，較強(qiáng)的人際溝通和理解力，具備服務(wù)意識和團(tuán)隊合作精神。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
Educational background: Bachelor's degree

Language preference: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

1.Experience in event planning, academic program design, or organizing student activities.

This position requires an English interview and a written test.
