一、崗位職責(zé)：

4. 參與學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)成果的管理工作，協(xié)助收集、著錄、保存和利用學(xué)術(shù)成果資料，并參與學(xué)術(shù)產(chǎn)出報(bào)告的制作。
5. 參與我?？蒲挟a(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)管理與評(píng)價(jià)分析服務(wù)，編制學(xué)科研究、學(xué)科發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)分析等告，為學(xué)校的學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)和科研發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
1.Undertake the duties of a subject librarian by maintaining close communication
with the professors and students of the assigned subject, gaining a deep
understanding of their needs, selecting relevant books and database resources,
and providing information support for their teaching and research.
2.Provide reference services to readers, address the issues they encounter while searching for and using subject resources, and help them efficiently obtain the information they need.
3.Be responsible for planning and organizing various information literacy
training activities, covering aspects such as information retrieval skills,
database usage methods, and literature management software usage methods, to enhance readers' ability to acquire and utilize information.
4. Participate in managing the university's academic achievements within the
school; assist in collecting, recording, preserving, and utilizing academic
achievement materials; and contribute to the production of academic output
reports.
5.Participate in the management and analysis of the university's scientific
research output data, compile reports on disciplinary research and development
trends, and provide data support for academic evaluation and the advancement of scientific research at the university.
