Job Responsibilities:
1、Production line process running and maintenance
（1）Responsible for the long-term running and testing of the process section, daily check and correct the process parameters of the process section, and ensure the stable running of the process.
（2）Handle and record simple process anomalies on the production line in a timely manner.
（3）When major anomalies occur on the production line, report them to the superiors in a timely manner and conduct preliminary handling.
（4）Conduct detailed work handover during shift changes, and explain the completed work items to ensure a closed-loop.
（5）Regularly generate work reports and submit them to the superiors.
2、Process optimization and improvement of the production line
（1）Cooperate with the superior leaders to complete the tracking and data recording of process optimization verification and generate experimental reports.
（2）Proactively put forward practical suggestions for the team KPI indicators, give improvement plans and lead the verification.
（3）Cooperate with the superior leaders to complete the promotion of team projects.
3、Work quality and safety protection
（1）Strictly implement the department's safety management regulations to ensure no safety accidents in the workshop.
（2）Be able to control the attendance rate well, work seriously and not perfunctorily.
（3）Proactively cooperate with the department leaders to complete additional work tasks and do not resist work arrangements.
Job Requirements:
1、Education: College degree or above; able to understand English materials, write English documents and communicate in simple English.
2、Industry experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the field of photovoltaic cells, have a certain understanding of the silicon cell process , be familiar with a certain process, and those with TOPCon cell experience are preferred.
3、Project experience: Require at least half a year of project experience in working on photovoltaic cells in Southeast Asia; be able to independently be responsible for the process operation of a certain process.
4、Skills and Experience: Proficient in the knowledge of a certain process, with some experience in handling on-site anomalies and improving cell efficiency, having certain equipment operation and test characterization analysis capabilities, proficient in office software and common photovoltaic software
