Position:

Supplier Quality Engineer for Engine and Hydraulic components

Responsibility:
? Supplier quality audit according to VDA6.3 and trace improvement.
? Supplier quality support during sample development and PPAP process.
? Sample evaluation and release.
? Supplier quality supervise & support during serial delivery and push continuous improvement.
? Supplier quality problem 0-km trouble shooting found during machine assembly.
? Prepare for incoming goods inspection plan.
? Supplier quality failure analysis for machine market issue and trace quality improvement.
? Define quality target with supplier and prepare supplier quality report & statistic.

Qualification:
? Be familiar with engine and hydraulic system principles.
? 3 years or above working experience at similar position in mechanical manufacturer, experience in construction machinery is in priority.
? Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering or related, major in engine or hydraulic are in priority.
? Good English communication skills, especially in written descriptions of quality findings related to engines and hydraulic components.
? Good Communication skills.
? Proficient in using common office software such as Excel and Word etc.
