We are currently looking for an employee to search and analyze social media posts and operate a dedicated platform.What will you be responsible for?
We are currently looking for an employee to search and analyze social media posts and operate a dedicated platform.What will you be responsible for?
- downloading data and processing it using a proprietary platform and monitoring tools,
- analyzing mentions, tags, hashtags, and keywords related to the brand, logo, products, and protected content,
- verifying and moderating data for intellectual property infringements, such as counterfeits, unauthorized use of logos, copyrighted content, or trademarks,
- monitoring trends in intellectual property infringements on social media and improving methods for identifying such threats,
- developing monitoring systems and adapting keywords and filters to the dynamically changing social media environment,
- working on optimizing moderation processes and using tools that automate the identification of infringements.
What should you be able to do?
- search for information and navigate the internet with ease,
- be familiar with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) and be able to analyze and process data from them,
- English at B2 level,
- use MS Excel / Google Spreadsheet / OpenOffice.
Previous relevant work experience would be an advantage!!
