一、職位描述Accountablities:

2.遵守公司質(zhì)量方針，基于與本職位相關的ISO流程和作業(yè)指導書開展日常工作，不斷提升質(zhì)量意識。了解公司、部門和本職位的質(zhì)量目標。負責本職位責任區(qū)域內(nèi)的5S工作。Comply with company quality policy, and conduct daily work based on ISO procedures and work instructions. 3.負責機械維修工作，負責全公司設備故障的維修工作，參與制訂、完成預防性維護保養(yǎng)工作，降低產(chǎn)品報廢，減少維修費用，降低停機工時。Responsible for mechanical maintenance, responsible for the maintenance of company-wide equipment failures, participate in the formulation and completion of preventive maintenance work, reduce product scrap, reduce maintenance costs, and reduce downtime.
4.按設備保養(yǎng)手冊和設備說明書執(zhí)行保養(yǎng)計劃建議，并計劃完成相應工作。Carry out the maintenance plan recommendations according to the equipment maintenance manual and equipment manual, and plan to complete the corresponding work.
5.根據(jù)庫存情況建議備件采購，負責保證備件的按需使用。 Recommend the purchase of spare parts according to the inventory situation, and be responsible for ensuring the on-demand use of spare parts.

二、任職資格Qualifications:
1.教育背景Education Background:機械工程或相關的大專學歷。College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2.知識Knowledge:熟悉行業(yè)標準，特定國家法規(guī)（CSR）和當?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)。Familiarity with Industry standards, Country-specific regulations (CSR), and local codes.
3.技能Technology:能夠使用AutoCAD, MS office 軟件, 等。Able to use AutoCAD, MS office softwares, etc.
4.工作經(jīng)驗Experince:化工或石油化工工業(yè)5年以上的經(jīng)驗。5+ years’ experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry.
5.能力Capability:能夠讀懂英文技術資料。Good at reading technical documents in English.
6.資格認證Certification: 機械相關的認證資質(zhì) 。Qualifications related to mechanical.
