生產(chǎn)訂單管理
A Snapshot of Your Day
Be responsible for project execution and OTD from order intake to delivery, including project planning & progress tracking & coordination & expediting of purchasing, manufacturing, testing and quality aspects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
?Represent workshop for project handover from PM and Sales.
?Organize internal project Kick-off for new order in workshop.
?Create project schedule, tracking and update current project status timely.
?Co-work with MPS and production planning.
?Update weekly project report.
?Risk and progress control as well as mitigation for delay.
?Material control from purchasing requirement to material in-stock for ensuring material availability.
?Lead and coordinate the issue-solving during project execution cross-functionally.
?Support PM for customer visit reception and meeting in workshop.
?Lead and organize project close-up meeting for project wrap-up in workshop.
?Follow company's EHS regulation.
What You Bring
?Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus. Major in Mechanic Engineering is preferred
?1-3 years working experience in planning or project related functions. Project Management certification is preferred.
?Basic knowledge with MS-Office, APS/MES and other office software
?Fluent Oral English
?Collaboration and Communication skill
?High stress tolerance and root cause analysis skill
?Logical thinking & complex problem-solving skill
