Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with PO and developers to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing workflow user interfaces for AI-enabled platforms.
? Design and prototype UI flows that facilitate seamless interaction with AI features, such as automation tools and chatbots.
? Translate business requirements into effective user interface designs, ensuring usability and accessibility.
? Incorporate feedback from user testing, stakeholders, and analytics to improve designs iteratively.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI design, AI technologies, and workflow automation.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
? 3+ years of professional UI design experience within software or digital products.
? Proven experience designing user interfaces for products with integrated AI workflows (e.g., process automation, conversational AI, data driven decision tools).
? Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
? Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, specifically relating to AI powered products or workflows.
? Understanding of human centered design principles and usability best practices.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
Nice to Have:
? Experience with UX research or designing for the Banking and Financial Services industry.
? Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
