崗位職責：
1. 安裝和配置：
在客戶現(xiàn)場設(shè)置新的IT系統(tǒng)，包括硬件和軟件。
2. 維護和故障排除：
診斷并解決硬件和軟件問題，執(zhí)行日常維護工作，確保系統(tǒng)性能優(yōu)化。
3. 技術(shù)支持：
提供現(xiàn)場技術(shù)支持，滿足客戶的技術(shù)需求，指導客戶系統(tǒng)使用。
4. 項目管理：
與項目團隊合作，參與項目規(guī)劃，確保任務(wù)按時完成。
5. 記錄和文檔：
保持對安裝、配置和故障排除的準確記錄。
6. 溝通：
有效地與客戶、同事及其他利益相關(guān)者溝通，確保項目順利執(zhí)行和問題及時解決。
任職要求：
1. 技術(shù)熟練：
具有扎實的計算機硬件、軟件及網(wǎng)絡(luò)原理知識。
2. 問題解決能力強：
能夠有效地診斷和解決技術(shù)問題。
