崗位職責(zé):
1. You will manage and supervise all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities, security, cleaning, landscaping, and waste management also develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and extend asset lifespan.
2. You will oversee and coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and installations, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards also negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
3. You will develop and manage the annual facilities budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements also ensure compliance with all relevant local and national health, safety, environmental, and building regulations and standards.
4. You will implement and enforce facility security protocols and emergency response plans to safeguard personnel and assets also manage space planning and allocation to optimize utilization and support business growth.
5. You will act as a primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues from internal stakeholders also prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, budget, and project status to senior management.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任職要求:
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale facilities and diverse teams with strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression) and preventative maintenance principles.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee projects from conception to completion and strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility management.
5. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus also with excellent understanding of health, safety, environmental, and building regulations in China.
6. Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
