在項目排產(chǎn)過程中預定目標出現(xiàn)偏差時，及時升級。協(xié)同項目組成員定義現(xiàn)有替代解決方案。
6.Engineering Change/Deviation tracking with supporting from relative domains.
跟蹤工程變更/偏差許可落實。
7.Track and report project statues include Quality, Cost and Timing to management.
管理跟蹤項目的質(zhì)量，成本和時間，樣件質(zhì)量，及時匯報項目狀態(tài)。
8.Actively take other tasks which distribute by discipline manager, demonstrate good communication skills to align with internal customers, meantime adequate leadership skills to inspire all core and extend team members to achieve project target

Required Competencies 能力要求
1.Professional PC experience (MS office, Microsoft Project)
熟練使用計算機（包括MS Office 2000，Microsoft Project等）
2.At least 3 years working experience. NPI experience is preferred.
至少3年工作經(jīng)驗,有NPI工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
3.Basic knowhow of Automotive electronics or system is preferred
最好具備汽車電子或者系統(tǒng)的基礎知識
4.Above engineering bachelor’s degree required, PCBA related work experience is preferred.
工程背景本科學士以上，PCBA 相關工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
5.Good communication on internal customers.

6.Strong learning skills and cross-function coordination skills.
