要求：
1. Well experienced in vehicle architecture and system
2. Well experienced in vehicle acoustic and vibration intake and exhuast system and combutstion engine development and tests.
3. Well experienced in Headacoutics software test and analysis.
4. Have solid knowledge about acoustic and vibration engineering
5. Skilled in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word and other project management related tools
6. over 3 years’ experience in acoustic and vibration development field and automotive industry
7. C1 driving license and over 3 years of driving experience
8. Good at english speaking.

2. 在車(chē)輛聲學(xué)和振動(dòng)、進(jìn)氣和排氣系統(tǒng)以及內(nèi)燃機(jī)的開(kāi)發(fā)和測(cè)試方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。
3. 在 Headacoutics 軟件測(cè)試與分析方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。
4. 具備扎實(shí)的聲學(xué)與振動(dòng)工程方面的知識(shí)
5. 熟練掌握 MS Project、MS PowerPoint、MS Excel、MS Word 及其他項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)工具
6. 在聲學(xué)與振動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域以及汽車(chē)行業(yè)擁有超過(guò) 3 年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
7. C1 駕駛證及 3 年以上駕駛經(jīng)驗(yàn)
8. 擅長(zhǎng)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)。
Responsibility:
1. Carry out intake and exhuast and combustion engine NVH development and test according to VW group procedures;
2. Analyze benchmark results and propose for new platform design and to discuss them with his/her partners;
3. To inform and to escalate failures or deviations in the test programs or test results and solve the failure in timely;
4. To participate in meetings with areas of R&D to define development programs, timings, amount of samples, to give input for product improvement, etc.
5. To verify and to reproduce failures and findings reported by the stations and test drives in the car, in order to fully understand the nature of the findings.
6. To report, inform, and eventually escalate failures and findings from the acoustic engineering judgement or test.
責(zé)任：
1. 按照大眾集團(tuán)的程序開(kāi)展進(jìn)氣、排氣和內(nèi)燃機(jī) NVH 開(kāi)發(fā)及測(cè)試；
2. 分析基準(zhǔn)測(cè)試結(jié)果，為新平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)提出建議，并與合作伙伴進(jìn)行討論；
3. 及時(shí)通報(bào)并上報(bào)測(cè)試程序或測(cè)試結(jié)果中的故障或偏差，并及時(shí)解決故障；
4. 參與與研發(fā)部門(mén)的會(huì)議，以確定開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目、時(shí)間安排、樣品數(shù)量等，并為產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)提供意見(jiàn)。
5. 為了驗(yàn)證并重現(xiàn)各站點(diǎn)及試駕中報(bào)告的車(chē)輛故障和發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，以便全面了解問(wèn)題的本質(zhì)。
6. 報(bào)告、通報(bào)并最終將聲學(xué)工程判斷或測(cè)試中出現(xiàn)的故障及發(fā)現(xiàn)的情況進(jìn)行升級(jí)處理。
