The position must be fluent in English. Supporting executive level multi-site town hall meetings and broadcast events globally. · Gain a high-level understanding of all available broadcast and collaborative communication technologies used within the company. · Work with executive level clients gaining an understanding of their meeting needs and communication goals. · Consult clients on the most appropriate technology and best practices to ensure highest level of success for their event. · Work with scheduling team to book all conference room spaces globally. · Facilitate scheduling of collaboration tools including, but not limited to: o Web conference o Web streaming o Satellite logistics with internal and external technology vendors. · Coordinate technology plans and technical support across all participating global locations. · Manage acquisition and/or rental of appropriate equipment, facilities, and staff necessary for global scale productions. · Assist in set up, testing, and rehearsals for large scale productions in large venue spaces. Includes multi-camera setup, staging, lighting, sound reinforcement, and conferencing broadcast systems such as video conference, audio conference, web streaming, and satellite. · Direct all aspects (technology plans and technical support team members) during live broadcast. · Video editing and media creation skills necessary.
