崗位職責(zé):
?工作職責(zé)：
1.Responsible for communication and execution of pharmacology and efficacy projects for drugs targeting urogenital and endocrine diseases. 負(fù)責(zé)泌尿生殖和內(nèi)分泌疾病藥物藥理藥效項(xiàng)目溝通及執(zhí)行；
2.Responsible for communicating with domestic and international clients, fully understanding their needs and research objectives, independently drafting related experimental protocols, and guiding the team to efficiently complete projects. 負(fù)責(zé)與國內(nèi)外客戶溝通，充分理解客戶需求及研究目的，負(fù)責(zé)獨(dú)立撰寫相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案，并指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)高效完成項(xiàng)目；
3.Responsible for daily data updates, QA, and troubleshooting during project execution with clients. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中與客戶的日常數(shù)據(jù)更新、QA以及troubleshooting；
4.Responsible for processing experimental data and writing reports. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理和報(bào)告撰寫；
5.Assist in platform development and new model establishment, formulation of related SOPs, and researching industry trends. 協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)平臺(tái)搭建和新模型開發(fā)，相關(guān)SOP制定，調(diào)研行業(yè)內(nèi)熱點(diǎn)。
任職要求:
?崗位要求：
1.Ph.D. in Biology, Biomedical Science, Reproductive Biology, Endocrinology, or related fields, or Master
s degree with over 5 years of relevant work experience. 生物學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)、生殖生物學(xué)、內(nèi)分泌學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科博士，或具有5年以相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)碩士學(xué)位；
2.Familiar with research methods and content related to pharmacology and efficacy studies of drugs for urogenital and endocrine diseases, with a preference for those with in vivo research experience. 熟悉泌尿生殖和內(nèi)分泌疾病藥物藥理藥效研究相關(guān)研究方法及內(nèi)容，有體內(nèi)研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3.Strong communication skills, able to reasonably handle conflicts with clients during the work process. 具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力，能合理應(yīng)對(duì)工作過程中的和客戶的沖突；
4.Highly responsible, with good management skills, able to reasonably arrange and allocate experiments. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具有良好的管理能力，能合理安排和分配實(shí)驗(yàn)；
5.Good cooperation skills, capable of cross-group and cross-department collaboration. 具有良好的合作能力，能跨組和跨部門合作；
6.Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. 具有較強(qiáng)的中、英文聽說讀寫能力。
