? Set up and improve human resource management system in the plant.
? Responsible for daily human resource management such as recruitment, training, payroll, attendance, employee relationship, performance management etc.
? Implementation of culture transformation project in Kunshan.
? Set up and improve admin policies.
? Deal with daily admin activities.
? Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
? Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 10 years’ experience in HR, especially with manufacturing HR & new plant set-up background
? Fluent in English
? Good office skills, eg. excel, PPT
