Task Description : Assist Quality Manager – Platform in ensuring the implementation of quality management system of the platform / site in compliance with customer and Daher Industrial Services requirements. Coordination of technical training required for industrial processes qualification and relevant competency. Main goals : PREVENTION ? Assist in the daily follow-up of the implementation of the company’s Skills Development Plan. ? Ensure technical training records and documents management. ? Ensure updating of individual competency lists upon completion of technical training. ? Propose preventive and/or improvement actions. ? Provide inputs on risk analysis. ? Assist in drafting quality documents specific to each activity. ? Assist in creating, formatting, and dissemination of documentation which may not be available in the SMQ. ? Ensure the diffusion of quality information. rr CONFORMITY ? Ensure the management of the individual competency records of all qualified personnel. ? Participate in improving the technical training and qualification process. ? Participate in defining customer requirements related to qualifications and competencies. ? Coordinate Quality plans, especially on Special Process List. TRAINING ? Interface with internal relevant parties (e.g. Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure the smooth implementation of qualification training plan. ? Ensure existing or new staff gets the training to industrial processes (e.g. special processes) at prescribed intervals. ? Assist in preparing and updating the annual Skills Development Plan of the platform or entity. ? Identify and plan the qualification training needs for each activity and monitor status. ? Ensure tutoring according to collaborators’ needs for concerned activity to ensure the maintenance and the development of competencies and polyvalences. REPORTING ? Participate in the review and analysis of indicators on qualification achievement rate. ? Participate in the implementation of indicators and associated purposes to complete the reporting, ? Inform the Quality Management on any issues related to qualification and competency. ? To be in contact with the internal interested parties for any question related to qualification and competency. ? Report to Quality Manager on qualification and competency status. Responsibility regarding quality; ? Apply QS&E Management System in force. ? Familiarize directives, process and procedures and instructions in force. ? Participate in Quality meetings, process reviews and similar activities. ? Participate during audits (internal, customer and third party). ? Assist in coordinating all the Quality actions. ? Assist in performing the recordings regarding to Quality. ? Assist in the assignment and management of inspection marks. ? Ensure compliance with health and safety rules specific to his activities as well as the company internal regulation. use environmental and individual protection equipment, if necessary. ? Perform internal and supplier audits, if qualified. ? Have authority to: o Alert the Quality Management of any expired qualifications or competency. Pre-requisites - profile: Level of education : Degree in general, industrial or manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. ?
