POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述
In charge of product quality assurance and quality control during the SOP phase. Solve internal process and customer quality issues. Keep quality performance meeting Company’s quality management requirement;
負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)階段產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證&控制工作。分析解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程、顧客投訴的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。確保質(zhì)量績(jī)效水平滿(mǎn)足公司質(zhì)量管理要求;
Monitor the quality department KPI monthly, and make the action to make sure the KPI can meet the company requirement.
每月監(jiān)控質(zhì)量部績(jī)效指標(biāo),制定相關(guān)措施確保相關(guān)指標(biāo)滿(mǎn)足公司要求。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)描述:
1.In charge of product quality assurance and quality control during the SOP phase; Solve internal process and customer quality issues; Keep quality performance meeting company’s quality management requirement;
2.負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)階段產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證&控制工作;分析解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程、顧客投訴的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題;確保質(zhì)量績(jī) 效水平滿(mǎn)足公司質(zhì)量管理要求;
3.Collect customer special requirements and follow up approval condition;
收集顧客的特定要求,并跟蹤批準(zhǔn)狀態(tài);
4.Solve internal, external and warranty quality issues. Implement root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness verification;
處理公司內(nèi)/外部(包括售后市場(chǎng))質(zhì)量問(wèn)題點(diǎn)/投訴,進(jìn)行根本原因分析,制定糾正預(yù)防措施并驗(yàn)證有效性;
5.Establish and update relevant quality documents;
根據(jù)顧客和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程要求,編寫(xiě)/更新相關(guān)質(zhì)量文件;
6.Regularly analyze quality data and create result report. Lead team to solve quality problems with 8D, A3, Red X methods;
根據(jù)質(zhì)量績(jī)效目標(biāo),定期匯總/分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)并總結(jié)報(bào)告。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題點(diǎn)(8D、A3、Red X) ;
7.Monitor annual product type test,Lead team to identify and solve quality problems;
監(jiān)控年度型式試驗(yàn)的狀態(tài)結(jié)果。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組解決質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,制定糾正和預(yù)防措施的落實(shí)驗(yàn)證;
8.Be responsible for monitoring and continuous improvement of production quality operation status;
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控和持續(xù)改進(jìn),有權(quán)命令停止生產(chǎn);
9.Responsible for inspection gauge effectiveness verification;
負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)階段的產(chǎn)品檢具有效性確認(rèn);
10.Lead product audit and participate process audit;
主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品審核,參與過(guò)程審核;
11.As the quality safety officer of the company, be responsible for implementing the quality management system according to law. For details, see the responsibilities of the quality safety officer in the attachment;
作為公司的質(zhì)量安全員,負(fù)責(zé)依法落實(shí)質(zhì)量管理制度,詳細(xì)內(nèi)容見(jiàn)附件中質(zhì)量安全員的職責(zé);
12.Deliver the training to quality inspector about the basic skill and inspection method and related work instruction;
組織質(zhì)量部檢驗(yàn)員進(jìn)行基本技能、檢驗(yàn)方法及有關(guān)的作業(yè)文件的培訓(xùn);
13.Train, monitor and evaluate inspector daily work;
指導(dǎo),監(jiān)督,考核檢驗(yàn)員的日常工作,確保正確作業(yè);
14.Arrange inspector daily work according to the product requirement and evaluate the staff KPI;
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)需要合理調(diào)配檢驗(yàn)員的日常工作,并考核下屬的工作績(jī)效;
15.Responsible for coordination of relevant departmental staff to finish PPAP files on time for mid-change products;
協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門(mén)員工按時(shí)完成中期改款項(xiàng)目的PPAP文件;
16.Use DMAIC, A3, red-x, 8D and other methods, full-time (>50% of the time in solving problems) to lead the solution of problems in the factory, and form a formal report;
利用DMAIC、A3、Red-X、8D等方法,專(zhuān)職(>50%的時(shí)間在解決問(wèn)題)主導(dǎo)工廠問(wèn)題的解決,并形成正式的報(bào)告;
17.Perform other duties as required.
上級(jí)交辦的其它事項(xiàng)處理。
QUALIFICATION崗位基本要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科背景;
2.Good English skill, CET4 or above;
英語(yǔ)水平良好,大學(xué)四級(jí)或以上;
3. Minimum 3 years molding/painting/assembly product quality control working experience;
三年以上注塑/噴涂/組裝件產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4. Be familiar with the IATF 16949/VDA6.3 standard. APQP, PPAP (ISIR), SPC, FMEA, MSA; Be familiar with industrial product quality and safety related laws and regulations, mandatory national standards;
熟悉汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理方法、IATF16949/VDA6.3體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、AIAG五大核心工具及常用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具;熟悉工業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、強(qiáng)制性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
5. Be familiar with a kind of drawing software, like CAD, UG is preferred;
熟練使用繪圖軟件,如CAD、UG者優(yōu)先;
6. Should have good communication skill, team management and lead experiences;
良好溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
7. Should possess with presentation skills be able to make introduce to customer, and discuss relevant technical matter’s skill with customer;
具備演講能力向客戶(hù)演示公司,與顧客商討有關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題的能力;
8. Should be proficient OFFICE software, can preparing excellent PPT.
熟練運(yùn)用OFFICE辦公軟件,能夠制作優(yōu)秀PPT。
