英文能力優(yōu)秀
具備出色的英語聽說讀寫能力,能勝任雙語會議、提案、報告撰寫和客戶溝通。
Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing); capable of leading bilingual meetings, presentations, reporting, and client communication.
3年以上廣告或市場營銷經(jīng)驗
具備品牌服務、項目管理、創(chuàng)意溝通、預算把控等實際操作經(jīng)驗,能夠獨立推進項目。
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management; hands-on experience in client servicing, project coordination, budget management, and creative communication.
有海外學習或生活背景者優(yōu)先
具備跨文化理解能力與國際視野,能服務本地與跨境品牌客戶。
Preferred: Background in overseas education or living; strong intercultural awareness and ability to work with international/local clients.
優(yōu)秀的溝通能力與團隊協(xié)作能力
擅長協(xié)調內外部資源,推動項目高效落地;能夠與策略、創(chuàng)意、媒介、執(zhí)行團隊協(xié)同配合。
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills; able to align internal departments (strategy, creative, media, ops) and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
良好的抗壓與時間管理能力

?? 崗位職責 / Job Responsibilities:
客戶溝通與關系維護
與中方和印尼方客戶保持高頻溝通,深入理解客戶需求與品牌方向,建立長期合作關系。
Maintain ongoing communication with clients(China& Indonesia); understand brand goals and build strong, trust-based client relationships.
項目統(tǒng)籌與進度管理
負責項目全流程推進,包括策略對接、創(chuàng)意協(xié)調、執(zhí)行落地與進度把控。
Oversee end-to-end project management, from strategy alignment and creative coordination to execution and timeline control.
方案撰寫與提案支持
協(xié)助或主導撰寫整合營銷方案,包括Campaign策劃、社媒傳播、公關活動、KOL策略等。
Lead or support the development of integrated marketing proposals including campaign planning, social media strategy, PR events, and KOL activation.
預算管理與報價把控
負責報價、預算編制與成本監(jiān)控,確保項目在財務框架內高效完成。
Manage project budgets and quotations; ensure financial accuracy and project delivery within approved cost frameworks.
跨部門協(xié)作與反饋整理
協(xié)調內部團隊(策略、內容、創(chuàng)意、媒介等)與外部供應商,確保信息高效傳達與問題及時解決。
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
項目總結與客戶滿意度跟進
完成項目復盤,輸出總結報告,主動收集客戶反饋并推動關系深化。
Prepare post-campaign reviews, generate performance reports, gather client feedback, and identify future opportunities.
