崗位職責(zé):
1、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃 / Strategic Planning:
根據(jù)總部戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),協(xié)助總經(jīng)理制定子公司產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)年度戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃、經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃,分解階段工作目標(biāo)并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行;
Align with headquarters
strategic objectives, assist the General Manager in developing annual strategic development plans and operational roadmaps for subsidiary product lines, decompose phased goals, and oversee execution.
2、生產(chǎn)管理 / Production Management:
全面負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行等核心業(yè)務(wù)流程的順暢運(yùn)行,主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理(如精益生產(chǎn)),營(yíng)造高效、安全、有序的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境;
Oversee end-to-end core processes including production planning and execution, spearhead on-site management (e.g., lean manufacturing), and foster an efficient, safe, and organized production environment.
3、成本控制 / Cost Control:
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)成本過(guò)程監(jiān)控和分析改善,推動(dòng)精益生產(chǎn)、降本增效項(xiàng)目,持續(xù)降低單位生產(chǎn)成本;
Monitor and analyze production cost processes, drive lean initiatives and cost-saving programs to achieve sustained reduction in unit production costs.
4、交付管理 / Delivery Management:
協(xié)助總經(jīng)理跟蹤各產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)交付達(dá)成率指標(biāo),對(duì)關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)的交期達(dá)成率負(fù)責(zé),提升關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度;
Support the GM in tracking product line delivery KPIs, ensure on-time delivery for key accounts, and enhance strategic client satisfaction.
5、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè) / Team Building:
構(gòu)建高效管理團(tuán)隊(duì),推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體執(zhí)行力;
Build high-performance teams, drive talent development initiatives, and elevate organizational execution capabilities.
6、制度建設(shè) / System Development:
組織、完善生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)體系、成本控制體系、考核體系以及各項(xiàng)制度、流程;
Establish and optimize production operations systems, cost control frameworks, performance evaluation mechanisms, and SOPs.
7、跨部門(mén)協(xié)作 / Cross-functional Collaboration:
與總部、計(jì)劃、財(cái)務(wù)、HR等部門(mén)保持高效溝通協(xié)作,解決跨部門(mén)問(wèn)題,優(yōu)化端到端運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。
Collaborate effectively with HQ, planning, finance, HR, and other functions to resolve cross-departmental challenges and streamline end-to-end operations.
8、其他事項(xiàng) / Other Duties:
完成總經(jīng)理授權(quán)及交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科背景(機(jī)械、電子、自動(dòng)化、材料、工業(yè)工程等)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering preferred).
2、10年以上大型制造企業(yè)(電子、汽車(chē)等行業(yè))生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上同崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn);
*10+ years in production management at large-scale manufacturers (electronics/automotive sectors), with 3+ years in equivalent roles.*3、精通生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理理論(精益生產(chǎn)、TPM等)和實(shí)踐,具備豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and other operational methodologies with hands-on shopfloor management experience.
4、優(yōu)秀的成本控制意識(shí)和能力,具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析與決策能力;
Strong cost control acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
5、出色的責(zé)任心和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)能力和跨部門(mén)協(xié)作能力。
Exceptional leadership, communication, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
