崗位職責
- 負責將客戶需求轉化為產(chǎn)品策略(面料、工藝、版型、品牌標識、合規(guī)性)。
- 產(chǎn)品系列規(guī)劃與標準化(核心基礎版型、已批準的面料/輔料、可復用的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格)。
- 創(chuàng)建/審批技術資料包、物料清單、跳碼策略、包裝/標簽要求。
- 管理供應商關系(本地/海外):談判起訂量、交貨期、價格、樣品。
- 負責成本與利潤目標達成;提出不影響產(chǎn)品性能的降本方案。
- 推動樣品開發(fā)關鍵路徑:初樣 → 版型樣 → 產(chǎn)前樣 → 尺碼跳樣;主持版型評審會并最終確認版型。
- 設定質量標準(公差/AQL要求)并監(jiān)督測試/合規(guī)文件的準備。
- 排查大貨風險(色差、縮水、面料疵點、工藝問題);帶領工廠采取糾正措施。
- 與銷售/客戶經(jīng)理就產(chǎn)品進度、審批事項和客戶溝通進行協(xié)作。
- 改進產(chǎn)品開發(fā)系統(tǒng)(模板、日程、版本控制/PLM規(guī)范)并培訓團隊。

- 5-7年服裝產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(制服/工裝經(jīng)驗尤佳)

- 供應商管理和關鍵路徑領導能力
- 能使用 Illustrator 或 CorelDRAW 進行線稿繪制
- 利益相關者管理與指導能力
- 良好的英文交流能力

Fashion Biz is searching for an experienced product developer manager who leads
end-to-end product development across key uniform accounts/ranges, owning fit,
quality, costing, supplier performance, and delivery readiness. Coach the
junior PD and drive process improvements.
Key
responsibilities
- Own customer brief translation
into product strategy (fabric, construction, fit, branding, compliance). - Lead range planning and
standardization (core blocks, approved fabrics/trims, repeatable specs). - Create/approve tech packs,
BOMs, grading strategy, packaging/label requirements. - Manage supplier relationships
(local/offshore): negotiate MOQs, lead times, pricing, sampling terms. - Own costing and margin
outcomes; propose cost-downs without compromising performance. - Drive sampling critical path:
proto → fit → PP → size sets; chair fit sessions and approve final fit. - Set quality standards
(tolerances/AQL expectations) and oversee testing/compliance
documentation. - Troubleshoot bulk risks (shade,
shrinkage, fabric faults, workmanship); lead corrective action with
factories. - Partner with Sales/Account
Managers on timelines, approvals, and customer communications. - Improve PD systems (templates,
calendars, version control/PLM discipline) and train the team.
KPIs
- On-time milestone hit rate
(sampling + bulk readiness) - Margin/cost vs target
- Sampling efficiency (rounds to
approval, rework rate) - Bulk quality
(defects/claims/returns) - Supplier performance (OTIF,
consistency, responsiveness)
Experience
& skills
- 5–7 years apparel PD
(uniforms/workwear strongly preferred) - Strong technical: construction,
fit, grading, pattern understanding - Confident costing and
negotiation - Supplier management and
critical path leadership - Ability to do line drawings on
illustrator or coral draw - Stakeholder management +
mentoring ability - Ability to handle international
orders - Able to work effectively across
time zones (China–New Zealand) - Bachelor’s degree or above in
Apparel, Textile, or related majors - Good written and verbal English
communication skills - Good team worker
