汽車質(zhì)量體系8D報告QC七大手法五大工具
一、崗位職責:
1.Participate in the development phase of the quality planning during new projects developing.
參加新產(chǎn)品的前期質(zhì)量策劃的開發(fā)。
2.Implement related requirements in accordance with control plans and feed back the information to Engineering and proper update the control plan. when quality problems or customer complaints happened.
貫徹質(zhì)量控制計劃的相關(guān)要求, 當產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題或發(fā)生顧客抱怨時,把信息及時的反饋給工程部,并根據(jù)需要更新控制計劃。
3.Responsible carry out the internal recognition for new products and production processes.
負責執(zhí)行內(nèi)部新產(chǎn)品,新過程的認可。
4. Carry out the products audits according to yearly product audit plan.
根據(jù)年度的產(chǎn)品審核計劃進行產(chǎn)品審核。
5.Responsible collecting and collating the quality information internal, and take the analyze for them, then take corresponding corrective and preventive actions accordingly, Complete 8D report on external complaint quality.
負責收集和整理內(nèi)部質(zhì)量信息,并及時分析然后采取適當?shù)募m正和預防措施,
完成外部投訴質(zhì)量相關(guān)的8D報告。
6.Responsible take relevant preventive measures to correct the quality effects then carry out the tracking and verification.
負責采取適當?shù)拇胧┤ゼm正產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量缺陷然后執(zhí)行跟蹤和驗證。
7. Participate in the review of defective products, and put forward review Suggestions and opinions.
參與不良品進行評審,提出評審建議和意見。
8.Responsible the organization and implementation of quality analysis meeting for " 0 "- KM defects of customers or customer complaints.
負責組織和執(zhí)行對顧客抱怨和0 公里質(zhì)量缺陷的質(zhì)量分析會。
9. Participate in and review engineering changes, design changes, verify and track whether the changes have any impact on product quality, and prevent product defects and customer complaints caused by the changes.
參與和評審工程變更、設計變更,驗證和跟蹤變更是否對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是否有影響,防止因變更導致產(chǎn)品不良和客戶投訴。
10.There are obligate to required related departments to corrected the unstable quality process.有責任要求相關(guān)部門去糾正不穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)過程。
11.There are the power to stop the production lines when un-qualified products occurred or non-conformities produced.
當生產(chǎn)線出現(xiàn)不合格品或出現(xiàn)過程不穩(wěn)定時,有權(quán)停止生產(chǎn)線。
12、Conduct monthly summary analysis of customer after-sales claims to avoid or reduce customer claims.
每月對客戶端售后索賠進行匯總分析,避免或降低客戶索賠。
13、Provide training to inspectors and production department in customer complaint and feedback, update inspection standard, prepare quality warning card.
客戶投訴和反饋問題點現(xiàn)場對檢驗員和生產(chǎn)部門進行培訓,更新檢驗標準,編制質(zhì)量警示卡。
14、Update the inspection standard of products, ensure the inspection standard can effectively control the quality of products, reduce the scrap ratio, be responsible for training the inspection standard and the use of inspection or measurement tools.
更新產(chǎn)品的檢驗標準,保證檢驗標準能在滿足客戶要求的情況下有效地管控產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低報廢比例,負責培訓檢驗標準和檢驗或測量工具的使用。
二、任職要求:
1.Be familliar with the IATF16949 standard, FORMEL Q, VDA 6.3&6.5 and related rules. it's better possess the certificate of internal auditor TS16949.
熟悉 IATF 16949 standard, FORMEL Q, VDA 6.3&6.5 等標準,最好有TS16949內(nèi)審員資格。
2.Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA standards.
熟悉APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA 等質(zhì)量核心工具。
3.Be familiar with welding process and related knowledges.
熟悉焊接過程以及相關(guān)過程。
4.Be familiar with stamping process and related knowledges.
熟悉沖壓以及相關(guān)知識。
5.The Microsoft office operation system of computer should be skilled.
熟練操作Microsoft office辦公軟件。
6. Good communication skill and well coordinates with related departments.
良好的溝通技巧和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
