MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責(zé)

1. Employee Lifecycle Journey Operational Excellence員工全生命周期運(yùn)營(yíng)優(yōu)化
Responsible for all Employee Life-Cycle operational process across Greater
China Region (offices and stores), including manpower requests, recruitment,
on-boarding, probation review, transfer/promotion, performance review, contract
renew, termination etc.
負(fù)責(zé)大中華區(qū)(辦公室及門(mén)店)所有員工全生命周期的運(yùn)營(yíng)流程,包括人力需求申請(qǐng)、招聘、入職、試用期評(píng)估、調(diào)動(dòng)/晉升、績(jī)效評(píng)估、合同續(xù)簽、離職等。
Monitor actual HC status to ensure within budget and collaborate with
C&B in budgeting/forecasting on actual HC matrix.
監(jiān)控實(shí)際人員編制(HC)狀態(tài),確保在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi),并與薪酬福利(C&B)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作進(jìn)行實(shí)際人員編制結(jié)構(gòu)的預(yù)算/預(yù)測(cè)。
Keep continued SOP optimizations in line with legal requirements and
company policy/procedures.
依據(jù)法律法規(guī)及公司政策/流程,持續(xù)優(yōu)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)程序(SOP)。
Well keep employee p-files with accurate records. Act as a contact window
when employees raise questions relevant to HR operational processes and
escalate issues to relevant HRBPs if necessary.
妥善保管員工個(gè)人檔案,確保記錄準(zhǔn)確。當(dāng)員工就人力資源運(yùn)營(yíng)流程提出問(wèn)題時(shí),作為對(duì)接窗口響應(yīng),必要時(shí)向相關(guān)人力資源業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴(HRBP)上報(bào)問(wèn)題。

2. HR System Maintenance and Data Accuracy人力資源系統(tǒng)維護(hù)與數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性
Responsible for HR systems maintenance and interface accuracy to make sure
the data source effectiveness, also with frequent collaboration with C&B
team regarding monthly productivity/retail pay analysis etc.
負(fù)責(zé)人力資源系統(tǒng)維護(hù)及接口準(zhǔn)確性,確保數(shù)據(jù)源有效,并就月度生產(chǎn)力/零售薪酬分析等事宜與薪酬福利(C&B)團(tuán)隊(duì)保持密切合作。
Generate trouble-shooting tickets to relevant system/IT support and keep
monitoring with final solutions or escalate if necessary.
向相關(guān)系統(tǒng)/IT支持部門(mén)提交故障排查工單,持續(xù)跟蹤直至問(wèn)題解決,必要時(shí)進(jìn)行升級(jí)處理。

3. HR Workforce Reporting and Analysis人力資源 workforce 報(bào)告與分析
Master regular HR Workforce Reports & Analysis such as Headcount &
Attrition Reports, Movement Status, HC Enrollment/Applications, Market Trends,
Exit Interviews, Org Charts etc.
精通常規(guī)人力資源 workforce 報(bào)告與分析,如人員數(shù)量及離職率報(bào)告、異動(dòng)狀態(tài)、人員編制入冊(cè)/申請(qǐng)、市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)、離職面談、組織架構(gòu)圖等。
Dashboard to reflect key monthly/quarterly highlights and trends.
通過(guò)儀表盤(pán)呈現(xiàn)月度/季度核心亮點(diǎn)及趨勢(shì)。

4. Projects Follow-ups項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)
Special Projects follow-ups with relevant BP to support ER cases/disciplinary
actions if necessary.
與相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴跟進(jìn)特殊項(xiàng)目,必要時(shí)支持員工關(guān)系案例/紀(jì)律處分事宜。

5. Recruitment招聘
Support/participate in recruitment process by understanding needs,
requirements, selecting effective/multiple channels for junior positions (PT
for Hong Kong, Macau and TW, Intern for China) to make timely fulfilments.
Tracking recruitment actual costs/payments to Finance.
通過(guò)理解需求,為初級(jí)崗位(港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)兼職、中國(guó)大陸實(shí)習(xí)生)選擇有效且多元的渠道,支持/參與招聘流程,確保及時(shí)到崗。向財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)跟蹤招聘實(shí)際成本/付款情況。
