【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 協(xié)助公司各崗位的招聘工作,包括發(fā)布招聘信息、篩選簡(jiǎn)歷、安排面試、跟進(jìn)面試結(jié)果等,確保及時(shí)為公司輸送合適的人才。
Assist in the recruitment process for all positions within the company, including posting job information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on interview results, to ensure the timely supply of suitable talents to the company.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)員工的考勤管理,包括假勤管理、月度考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)與核對(duì),確??记跀?shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性。
Take charge of employee attendance management, including leave and attendance management, monthly attendance statistics and verification, so as to ensure the accuracy and completeness of attendance data.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)辦公用品的采購(gòu)、庫(kù)存管理和發(fā)放工作,保證辦公用品的及時(shí)供應(yīng),同時(shí)合理控制成本。
Be responsible for the procurement, inventory management and distribution of office supplies, ensuring the timely supply of office supplies while reasonably controlling costs.
4. 協(xié)助員工福利相關(guān)工作,完成日常的福利統(tǒng)計(jì)、匯總與發(fā)放。
Assist in employee welfare-related work, complete daily welfare statistics, summaries and distributions.
5. 協(xié)助完成公司行政材料的底稿撰寫(xiě)及整理,比如:工商變更,法律文件的輔助工作,保障公司日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。
Assist in the drafting and organization of the company's administrative materials, such as business registration changes, legal document support work, and ensure the company's daily operation and management.
6. 協(xié)助處理其他日常行政事務(wù),包括酒店預(yù)定等,積極配合公司各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,為公司的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)提供全面支持為公司的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)提供保障。
Assist in handling other daily administrative affairs, including hotel reservations, etc., actively cooperate with the implementation of various company activities, and provide comprehensive support to ensure the normal operation of the company.
7. 完成上級(jí)指派的其它任務(wù)。
Perform other duties assigned by superior.
【任職要求】
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,管理類(lèi)、文科類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in management or liberal arts.
2. 擁有3 年及以?xún)?nèi)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有行政和人事相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。特別優(yōu)秀的本科畢業(yè)生也將納入考慮范圍。
Within 3 years related working experience, with experience in administration and human resource. Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor's degree will also be considered.
3. 英語(yǔ)良好,具備良好的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力,能夠用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行日常溝通和文件處理。
Good command of English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of conducting daily communication and handling documents in English.
4. 具有很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心,細(xì)心踏實(shí),能夠按時(shí)保質(zhì)完成各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。
Strong sense of responsibility, careful and down-to-earth, able to complete various tasks on time and with high quality.
