崗位職責:
負責水和樓宇行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的技術和功能要求的定義，與公司內(nèi)部各部門及外部供應商合作，領導和執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)過程，以達到產(chǎn)品性能、質(zhì)量與成本的綜合目標。具體任務如下：
Responsible for defining the technical and functional requirements of products in the water and building industries, collaborating with various departments within the company and external suppliers, executing the product development process to achieve the comprehensive optimal goals of product performance, quality, and cost. The specific tasks are as follows:
1.負責產(chǎn)品的供應商的技術能力審核和技術支持能力審核
Responsible for the technical capability audit and technical support capability audit of product suppliers
2.負責產(chǎn)品樣機的檢驗要求確定
Responsible for determining the inspection requirements for product prototypes
3.負責產(chǎn)品的樣機的符合性審核及簽發(fā)符合性證書
Responsible for the conformity audit of product prototypes and issuance of conformity certificates
4.負責產(chǎn)品的全系列樣圖的審核
Responsible for reviewing the entire series of product approval drawings
5.負責產(chǎn)品的技術數(shù)據(jù)審核，如扭矩、推力、流通能力等
Responsible for reviewing technical data of products, such as torque, thrust, flow capacity, etc.
6.負責產(chǎn)品的供應商的設計規(guī)范、制造規(guī)范、檢驗規(guī)范的審核
Responsible for reviewing the design specifications, manufacturing specifications, and inspection specifications of product suppliers
7.負責產(chǎn)品的采購規(guī)范、外觀規(guī)范、標識規(guī)范的制定
Responsible for formulating procurement standards, appearance standards, and marking standards for products
8.負責產(chǎn)品的標準質(zhì)量控制流程（ITP/QCP）規(guī)劃
Responsible for planning the standard quality control process (ITP/QCP) for the product
9.負責產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品文件制作，如產(chǎn)品樣本、使用說明書
Responsible for the production of product documentation, such as product booklets and user manuals
10.負責產(chǎn)品的供應商價格的審核和確認
Responsible for reviewing and confirming supplier prices for products
11.負責產(chǎn)品的標準產(chǎn)品確認圖的設計
Responsible for designing the standard product approval drawings for the product
12.負責產(chǎn)品的特殊設計可行性審查
Responsible for feasibility review of special design of products
13.負責產(chǎn)品的特殊設計和備品備件的供應商價格審核和確認
Responsible for reviewing and confirming supplier prices for special product designs and spare parts
14.負責產(chǎn)品的第三方測試和認證、客戶測試和認證的處理，，如CE/PED、TSG、API等
Responsible for handling third-party testing and certification of products, customer testing and certification, such as CE/PED, TSG, API, etc.
任職要求:
任職資格：
1、本科以上學歷，機械加工類專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、在水行業(yè)和/或樓宇行業(yè)的閥門研發(fā)、設計、開發(fā)和應用有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；有雙偏心蝶閥、偏心半球閥設計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、英語CET4級、會使用AutoCAD和某些3D軟件，如CFD；
4、熟悉閥門設計標準，例如ASME、GB、DIN/EN等；
5、有責任心、細致耐心、有上進心和主動精神、團隊合作精神。
