? Experience in UX projects covering the whole user-centered-design life cycle from user research through design to validation.
? +3 years work experience in interaction design
? +1 years work experience in visual design
? Strong visual design capability
? Ability to think creatively about problems and challenge existing norms of design
? Deep understanding of product life-cycle and ability to work with product management and development teams in a highly iterative fashion
? Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Photoshop etc.
