You will support the Senior Project Manager / Project Director as a key project handler for a middle / large-scale offline customer event in Barcelona. You will coordinate day-to-day workstreams, track progress, and help keep communication, timing, and deliverables on track.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
· Support client communication and daily follow-ups, under the guidance of the Senior PM, and help maintain good client relationships and satisfaction. 在高級項目經(jīng)理指導下,參與對客溝通與日常跟進,協(xié)助維護良好的客戶關系與滿意度。
· Build and maintain detailed working timelines, action lists, and trackers for your workstreams; remind and follow up with internal teams to stay on schedule. 負責項目板塊的時間規(guī)劃、行動清單與跟進臺賬,提醒并推動內部團隊按計劃執(zhí)行。
· Prepare meeting notes, recap emails, and status reports; ensure key decisions and next steps are clearly captured and shared. 記錄會議紀要、整理回顧郵件與階段性項目進展報告,確保關鍵決策與下一步行動被清晰傳達。
· Coordinate closely with designers and the senior producer / technical lead on feasibility, costing inputs, and on-site requirements for your scope. 與設計師及高級制作/技術團隊緊密協(xié)作,就方案可行性、成本測算及現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行需求進行溝通,形成統(tǒng)一意見后落實推進。
· Monitor time, quality, budget and suppliers within your work scope; Track risks and issues in your work area (time, quality, budget, suppliers, etc.) and proactively flag issues and propose solutions to the heads. 有效管理自己負責模塊的時間節(jié)點、質量標準、預算與供應商表現(xiàn),及時識別項目風險并提出解決建議,向高級項目經(jīng)理匯報。
· Support on-site operations in Barcelona: assist with client reception, internal coordination, minute-by-minute rundown execution, and quick troubleshooting. 在巴塞羅那現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行期間,協(xié)助完成客戶接待、內部協(xié)調、執(zhí)行流程把控以及臨場問題處理。
· Assist with basic commercial / admin tasks, such as quotation support, PO & change-order tracking, and supplier documentation. 協(xié)助完成基礎商務與行政工作,如報價支持、PO 與變更單跟進、供應商文件收集等。
Requirements 任職要求
· 3–5 years’ experience in event / experiential marketing project coordination or management, preferably with at least one sizable overseas project. Solid experience working as account / project executive, junior PM, or similar at an event / creative / agency environment. 具備 3–5 年 活動或品牌體驗項目執(zhí)行 / 管理經(jīng)驗,參與過至少 1 個中大型海外或多城市項目 為佳。有活動公司、創(chuàng)意代理公司等環(huán)境下?lián)?客服 / 項目 AE、初級 PM 或類似崗位的經(jīng)驗。
· Strong planning, coordination and follow-through skills; comfortable using basic project tools (timelines, action logs, Excel/Slides, etc.). 具備良好的 計劃統(tǒng)籌與跟進能力,熟悉使用 時間表、行動清單、Excel / PPT 等基礎項目管理工具。
· Good client-facing communication ability, clear and polite, able to manage expectations and ask questions when things are unclear. 具備良好的 對客溝通能力,表達清晰、有禮,能在信息不清晰時及時確認預期并提出問題。
· Fluent Chinese and workable English for emails, documents and meetings with overseas partners (reading/writing required; speaking a plus). 中英文溝通能力良好,能夠用英語完成郵件與文檔往來,并能參與與海外伙伴的基礎溝通(口語佳者優(yōu)先)。
· Able to commit to a 2–3-month contract from early December 2025 to mid-March 2026: mainly based in THP Shanghai office, plus about 2–3 weeks on-site in Barcelona. 能接受 2025 年 12 月初至 2026 年 3 月中旬 的 2–3 個月項目合約周期:以 上海辦公室駐場 為主,并可配合前后往返 巴塞羅那現(xiàn)場約 2–3 周。
· Self-driven, detail-minded, and a team player who is willing to “make it happen” at key milestones.
