Strategic purpose of the position 職位的戰(zhàn)略意義:
Drives cross-functional consensus forecasting across Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain, ensuring aligned, data-driven decisions. Generates strategic insights from demand and market data to support key business planning. Continuously improves forecasting accuracy and planning processes through model refinement, standardization, and automation for enhanced supply chain efficiency.

Personal qualifications / competencies 能力要求:
  • Statistical & Forecasting Acumen, proficiency in statistical forecasting methods, experience with demand planning software.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with BI tools, ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • S&OP process knowledge and using in daily work.
  • Cross-Functional collaboration, skilled in facilitating meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Commercial intelligence about market, promotions and events.
  • Agility in managing ambiguity, identifying risks and developing scenario plans. Good communication skill, ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, drive to optimize processes, adopt automation and enhance forecast accuracy.
  • English as working language.
Educational / minimum requirements 學(xué)歷要求:
  • College education, Supply Chain, Business, Statistics or related field.
  • Minimum 3years in demand planning/forecasting roles; supply chain exposure
Job responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
  • Develop, maintain, and refine statistical demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs.
  • Integrate inputs from Sales, Marketing to create consensus forecasts
  • Lead BU Pre-DR/DR/S&OE meetings, align stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) on demand plans.
  • Resolve discrepancies between statistical forecasts and commercial expectations, risk and Opps management.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in demand planning workflows, drive standardization, automation, and adoption of best practices/tools.
  • Monitor KPIs (weekly/monthly forecast accuracy, MAPE, inventory turns), implement corrective actions.
