Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: ? why job exists / what it must achieve ? Responsible to support HR process for Employee life cycle ? Provide value-added consultation to HRBP for HR operation’s delivery ? Maintain employee services satisfaction rate Accountability: ? Complete the work tasks assigned by superiors, including but not limited to support employees’ life cycle processes, such as onboarding, exit process, contract renewal, job change and probation review etc. ? Provide employees’ payment change form to support monthly payroll if necessary ? Maintain employee data in HR system with high quality ? Maintain employees’ p-file based on local regulation requirement ? Be responsible for answering employees’ inquiries ? Partner with HRBP to support the communication of delivery for changes ? Participate in team projects and provide support for project delivery Specialized Knowledge: ? breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field required; separate by basic and preferred Basic Requirements: Must be non-comparative, objective and relevant. Critical/essential to accomplish the role ? Bachelor’s degree or above. ? Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment is desirable ? At least 1 year relative working experiences in HR functions ? Solid analytical skills ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? Supportive attitude and detail oriented ? Good teamwork player Preferred Requirements: Relevant to the role, but not critical/essential ? Experiences of using advanced HR systems (like WORKDAY, Success Factor etc.) is highly preferred ? Strong presentation and reporting skill ? Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint ? Good English in both writing and speaking is preferred
