The Role
The Team Leader acts as the NGA operational representative for the clients served in the allocated region. He/She has a mission to ensure that HR outsourced services for those clients are delivered according to all aspects of the contract in terms of timeliness, quality and in line with the agreed service levels
Main Responsibility
· Acts as the main operational representative for a portfolio of clients to ensure that local service level delivery happens as agreed. Develop plans and strategies within HRO to ensure all client and company objectives are met
· Maintains operational proficiencies of an account(s) by managing the delivery of support services and operational requirements of the client as outlined in assigned contract
· Provides the team staffs with clear objectives, direction and support to ensure that KPI’s are being met and sustained
· Provides operational and service level data to the client as requested to build confidence and credibility in the services being provided.
· Assesses impact (including mitigation of risk) for local change requests for accounts within direct control
· Works closely with Service Delivery Manager and regional SME to represent operations towards the client
· Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met
· Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and ensure team members have the appropriate level of support and direction required to achieve their objectives
· Adherence to NGA and Client procedures and policies
· Attend to other ad-hoc assignments required.
