Job Responsibilities:

Job requirements:

崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司項(xiàng)目的管理，對項(xiàng)目工期、質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度負(fù)責(zé)，按時(shí)完成項(xiàng)目交付計(jì)劃；
2、負(fù)責(zé)組織公司相關(guān)部門對設(shè)計(jì)方案、配套方案、施工方案、施工工藝、施工工期、材料設(shè)備選型方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化工作，全面控制成本。
3、全面負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目對內(nèi)對外溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作，能夠較好的協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)以及施工單位、監(jiān)理、政府等方面關(guān)系。
4、協(xié)助工程招投標(biāo)、預(yù)決算等方面工作；
5、強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)場文明施工，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和妥善處理突發(fā)性事件；
6、統(tǒng)籌前期報(bào)建、過程施工、項(xiàng)目營銷管控等。
任職要求：
1、統(tǒng)招大學(xué)?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，工民建、土木工程、建筑工程等工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)，中級以上職稱；
2、55周歲以下，10年以上房地產(chǎn)建筑行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擔(dān)任過大型綜合類（住宅、商業(yè)、酒店）房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目的主要負(fù)責(zé)人職位；
3、具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場管理能力，具有較高的建筑施工技術(shù)及問題解決能力，具有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心及執(zhí)行力；
4、熟悉土木建筑工程、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)，掌握國家及本地區(qū)相關(guān)土建規(guī)范、驗(yàn)評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，熟悉工程項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)及方法。
