一、主要職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)伊拉克油田運(yùn)維項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)整體的構(gòu)架搭建；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)伊拉克油田運(yùn)維項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃以及實(shí)施；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)支持工作，包括但不限于投標(biāo)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)故障解決處理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)油田地面設(shè)施從建設(shè)到投產(chǎn)的調(diào)試、運(yùn)維技術(shù)方案制定與實(shí)施；
5. 與工程、HSE、客戶(hù)等多方協(xié)調(diào)，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行節(jié)點(diǎn)按期完成；
6. 跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，組織周/月度評(píng)審會(huì)議，保證各階段目標(biāo)達(dá)成；
7. 負(fù)責(zé)伊拉克油田項(xiàng)目評(píng)審、技術(shù)交流及商務(wù)談判；
8. 及時(shí)響應(yīng)客戶(hù)需求與反饋，維護(hù)并提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度預(yù)算與成本控制。
二、主要任職資格要求:
1、機(jī)械、電氣、自控、石油工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、10年以上油氣項(xiàng)目調(diào)試或運(yùn)維經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備完整的EPC→調(diào)試→運(yùn)維經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；
3、熟悉油氣田運(yùn)行、維護(hù)和EPCC的相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)；
4、具備原油處理中控操作工作經(jīng)歷；
5、有良好的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)調(diào)能力和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)能力；
6、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)：熟悉API，ASME，ASTM等國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉油氣田工藝；
7、英語(yǔ)良好，能作為工作語(yǔ)言，能接受海外長(zhǎng)期駐場(chǎng)。

三、薪酬福利
1、基本薪資+海外補(bǔ)貼，五險(xiǎn)一金，上二休一，食宿全包，往返路費(fèi)公司報(bào)銷(xiāo)。
1. Main responsibilities:
1）Responsible for the overall structure of the operation and maintenance project team of Oilfield in Iraq;
2）Responsible for the development planning and implementation of the Oilfield operation and maintenance project team in Iraq.
3）Responsible for the technical support of the project, including but not limited to bidding, on-site fault resolution and handling, and on-site technical support;
4）Responsible for the commissioning, operation and maintenance technical plan of oilfield surface facilities from construction to production.
5）Coordinate with engineering, HSE, customers and other parties to promote the completion of project operation nodes on schedule;
6）Track project progress and organize weekly/monthly review meetings to ensure that goals are achieved at each stage.
7）Responsible for project review, technical exchange and business negotiation of Oilfield in Iraq.
8）Respond to customer needs and feedback in a timely manner, maintain and improve customer satisfaction budgets and cost control.
2. Main qualification requirements:
1）Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electrical, automatic control, petroleum engineering and other related majors;
2）More than 10 years of experience in oil and gas project commissioning or operation and maintenance, with complete EPC → commissioning → operation and maintenance experience is preferred.
3） Familiar with key technologies related to oil and gas field operation, maintenance and EPCC;
4） Have experience in central control operation of crude oil processing;
5） Have good on-site coordination and technical guidance skills;
6） Professional knowledge: familiar with international standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, and oil and gas field technology;
7） Good English, working language, and accept long-term overseas residency.
3. Salary and benefits
1）Basic salary + overseas subsidies, five insurances and one housing fund, two days off and one holiday, food and accommodation are included, and round-trip travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.
