一、主要職責(zé):
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)CPF（原油中央處理設(shè)施）的安全、生產(chǎn)、人員、設(shè)備管理，是站內(nèi)第一負(fù)責(zé)人；全面組織協(xié)調(diào)站內(nèi)運(yùn)行、安全、維護(hù)、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理；

3、參與原油處理站內(nèi)裝置的調(diào)試前檢查、缺陷整改、單機(jī)及全廠試運(yùn)、達(dá)產(chǎn)達(dá)標(biāo)管理方案制定與執(zhí)行；
4、負(fù)責(zé)原油處理站編制調(diào)試程序、操作手冊(cè)、報(bào)表匯報(bào)材料及培訓(xùn)資料；
5、審批原油處理裝置運(yùn)行計(jì)劃、檢維修計(jì)劃、安全技術(shù)措施等；
6、貫徹QHSE管理制度，落實(shí)PTW、JSA等安全流程，主持并參與事故處理與演練，負(fù)責(zé)作業(yè)與對(duì)外匯報(bào)；推進(jìn)安全文化建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)維體系；
7、協(xié)調(diào)業(yè)主、上級(jí)管理單位、外協(xié)單位溝通工作；
8、指導(dǎo)運(yùn)維人員開展日常生產(chǎn)操作和故障應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)獨(dú)立運(yùn)行能力；
9、負(fù)責(zé)操作團(tuán)隊(duì)分工、績效評(píng)估及目標(biāo)推進(jìn)。
二、主要任職資格要求:
1、油氣集輸，石油工程或其他石油主干專業(yè)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、8年以上油氣項(xiàng)目調(diào)試或運(yùn)維經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、熟悉DCS/SIS/PLC系統(tǒng)、關(guān)鍵設(shè)備啟動(dòng)邏輯、工藝流程控制；
4、具備原油處理中控操作工作經(jīng)歷；
5、有良好的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)調(diào)能力和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)能力；
6、英語良好，能作為工作語言，能接受海外長期駐場(chǎng)。
三、薪酬福利

2. Main qualification requirements:

3. Salary and benefits
